I installed the cgi-version of PHP and am trying to run the PEAR Installer script on OS X... what am i doing wrong (besides existing as a second-class citizen with OS X)? [localhost:~/Desktop] root# ./pear.sh install HTTP_UPLOAD Notice: Undefined index: argv in Getopt.php on line 207 Notice: Undefined variable: HTTP_SERVER_VARS in Getopt.php on line 208 Could not read cmd args (register_argc_argv=Off?)
Could you please check, if register_argc_argv is set to "Off" in your php.ini? If that's the fact, you should change it to "On". - Martin -- Martin Jansen, <mail@martin-jansen.de> http://www.martin-jansen.de/
