Release notes

Bug fix release.
- Bug fix [3181]: Added dependency for tokenizer extension on package.xml and a test in
PHP_Beautifier.php. The tokenizer extension is disabled in FreeBsd, so, if application can't
find de tokenizer, throws an exception.
- Bug fix [3186]: Replaced custom glob function with standard PHP glob function. Advice: RTFM!
