-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I have a longtext (MySQL) field which contains text with \n's. They display correctly in a textareafield in QF. But if I update() them, the \n's are gone and I getonereallylongrunonparagraph instead. In my old homegrown framework, I don't recall doing anything special to preserve the exact text through edits and saves. I haven't been able to figure out whether it is QF or DBDO that is mangling my text. Is there some way to turn off this behaviour? In a perfect world I would write test scripts and isolate exactly what is going wrong, and where. But since I'm ridiculously behind schedule, I'll be lazy and ask here, assuming others have seen this before. - -ken - -- - --------------- The world's most affordable web hosting. http://www.nearlyfreespeech.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFCAdB9e8HF+6xeOIcRAiakAKDJPdguih22AxMX3+3uVAof1KDKLACdGLZp VAizQ9+H6MzTKIC8vdj3tDQ= =gohH -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
