HTML_QuickForm Date Element - 'emptyOptionText' question

hello all: is there a plan to support an array for 'emptionOptionText' ? for example currently i use the following to show '--' for all empty options $options = array(

                 'format'    => 'dMY',
                 'minYear'   => date('Y')-100,
                 'maxYear'   => date('Y'),
                 'addEmptyOption'  => 'true',
                 'emptyOptionText' => '--',
                 // 'emptyOptionText' => array('d'=>'-dd-', 'M'=>'-mm-',
                 // 'Y'=>'-yy-'),
                 // to get the above running pls change
                 // HTML_Quickform_Date::_createElements();
                 );

essentially as seen in the above code it would be convenient to have different emptyOptionText's for different types of elements of date. i'm currently using "HTML_QuickForm - 3.2.4pl1 - stable" thx. yashesh bhatia -- go pre http://www2.localaccess.com/rlalonde/pre.htm
