I think icons are good enough.I have only a few remarks: for installing package you're using plus mark, that's not very obvious [at first time],mmh. plus = add = install ;) Does anyone have a better icon?
Maybe some text at the top of layout? Kinda "+" - install, "basket" - flush [like when one clicks info]?at least some text under it will be very usefull.A text would destroy the layout.
Hmm... I've tried it again and there wasn't any post stuff. I can't remember what i've done first time to see this [Mozilla was used]. Aah i missed, sorry. It was package search. Yeah right, it uses post method and i think that's not good :]And secondly you're using post method for installingI do? I don't think so! The Install-Buttons use <a>, so they should be GET. In IE6 walking back is no problem at all. (Do You use JS/DHTML or the simple version? Is the page reloaded after installing?)
It would be really cool if not only you, but other "packagers" too. :-) Best regards. But returning to the main question, i think you all PEAR contibutors need to work more on the documentation. At least include examples on using your modules in the manual. Because right now majority [almost all] modules force to go in the source code and look how it works [at all docs became useless].Speaking about PEAR_Frontend_Web: It's in development at the moment. Installing may change soon, so writing docs could be a lost of time. But you are right. I will soon create at least a small docu.
