To intall a package, you can use the pear command in a shell.
Examples :
pear list // will list the intalled package
pear install DB_Pager // will fetch the DB_Pager packager and install it
pear upgrade DB_Pager // will remove DB_Page
After you have correctly installed the needed packages, you can follow the documentions/samples
available in the packages or on pear.php.net documentation section, or ask it here:)
