Well:
I execute go-pear.bat and siwtch Wide Installation. First: is that correct or I need to get local
copy? Then I try to configure some parameters, but in two of them I have some doubts.
The parameters are:
7. Name of configuration file : C:\WINXPSP2\pear.ini // leave there or change to another path
8. Path to CLI php.exe : D:\WebServer\PHP\. // what's that ??
Best

If you need to change any configuration settings, you can do them one-by-one AFTER config-create
using a command like this:
pear -c pear-config.ini config-set http_proxy example.com
Usually there is no need to change these settings.
