Here we are ;-)
I take the PEAR_Frontend_Web from CVS and try to install all packages from
the "remote-info" page (PHP 4.2.3, WinXP).
The following packages can't installed:
Blank Page without Error (tar-file exist in tmp-folder):

* PHPDocumentor (known problems with package.xml)
