Perl project Docs

I'm fairly new to Pear. I've seen several announcements for various packages on this mailing list that I don't see any reference for on pear.php.net (other than the recent news section). Is there somewhere that the various pear projects (either stable or under construction) are listed? In that line, I'm starting to work on a web-based project where we'll be doing quite a bit of DB work. I've started to write a generic table driven DB to HTML interface based on Pear DB (thank you, thank you, thank you, I thought I was going to have to write yet another DB wrapper). I written a class that will produce HTML tables from the DB for doing things like selecting records from a list, and another class to edit specific records in dialog. Some day, it might actually be a full fledged form builder. Is there a current project such as this? Is there a need for something like this? Should I be planning to make this a contribution to PEAR?
