where is pear in windows dist?

Ok, I get all excited, supposed to be in the newest version of pear. I go download it for windows and neither version (full or installer) has it in it!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I went back to using the previous version, which somehow I got installed. I installed the DataObject and then I can't CD into the DataObject directory through dos(error: "Invalid Directory"), I can get to it just fine through windows explorer. I am using WinXP. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> The information in this email and any attachments may contain confidential information that is intended solely for the attention and use of the named addressee(s).
