This function is defined in the documentation as:
mixed fetchInto (mixed $arr [, integer $fetchmode [, integer $rownum]])
When I use the rownum argument in a mysql db, it appears that rows
begin with 0. When I use the rownum argument for an Informix db, it
appears the row begin with 1.
What is the correct behaviour? I shouldn't have to compensate for the
row number based on the database in use.
