Quickforms: Checkbox not check using freeze()

Hi Bertrand,
When I use the following code
<?php
require 'HTML/QuickForm.php';
$form = new HTML_QuickForm;
$form->addElement('checkbox','is_allowed[4]','Some check', null, 'checked');
$form->freeze();
$form->display();
?>
the checkbox isn't checked. If I don't freeze the form it shows the checkbox as being checked. Why doesn't it do this in frozen state? Am I missing something?
