I am really excited about this package and want to implement it in a system I am currently revamping, but I am scared to use an alpha release. Is there an ETA on a stable release?IMHO (I'm just a contributer): The alpha status is because we currently don't have expiriences with LiveUser in a real enviroment. The public API of the LoginManager (functions which you can access without using $_auth or $_perm) won't be changed in the near future. There will be some work on performance issues and especially the error handling. Next week I'll implement prefixes for all tables ("liveuser_"). The main development on LiveUser is done. We'll now concentrate our efforts on new containers and requested features. IMHO a beta will be released in April or May. LiveUser is a very sensitive package. If there are security holes or we've no proof that the package is absolutly clean we can't label it as "stable". That's why we currently have "alhpa" status. We have a _working_ release, the API is defined, but we don't have much expiriences whether the package works properly with different configurations. Regards Bjoern
