I have in my boxes a wysiwyg package that allow you to manage IE,
mozilla, and NS4 (with plugin and only on windows platforms) DHTML
editions, using native APIs of each browsers/platforms. With customs
definitions of allowed actions and near everything you can find in
commercial products available around.
I plan to publish it within the next weeks, I just think where I will
put it, as part of OOHForm or inside HTML_Javascript. My preference goes
to HTML_JS, that will allow users to use it inside their modules, like
QuickForm.
