Running createtables.php on the command line for my postgres DB doesn't work. It says the db doesn't exists, but the same DSN works fine with DB and MDB.
I also had lots of trouble with the createTables.php --> although I received no error messages, it just seemed to hang. I did a bit of debugging and found that it wasn't connecting properly to my MySQL database, but didn't give a fault at all -- just seemed to stop working about half-way through a line and return to the command line in *nix.
Due to lack of time to continue figuring it all out, I've just started manually defining the tables in my database. All the other functionality works fine when I do this, so I'd suggest (unless your DB is very complex) that you try the same?
Obviously someone else might have a much better solution, this is probably the fallback position!
