Hello,
A small question about installing PEAR.
I have a server hosting provider but my current tarrif does not include
direct UNIX access, only FTP.
The provider has recently upgraded to PHP 4.2.3. Knowing this, is there a
way to install PEAR 1.0 against PHP 4.2.3 using FTP only (and running
scripts through the brower perhaps). Some of my dev tools include WS FTP 7
PRO and MyPHP 4.2.0.
I have not found any documentation on this sort of installation, so thanks
in advance for any advice.
