I want to password protect my page(s) and I want to use AUTH_HTTP to do it. Does anyone know where I can find good example of how to use it? For instance: What goes on each protected page? How do I set up the database to work with this? What if I want to only use a single username/password for a page? How do I check on subsequent pages that the user has logged in already? I have 'googled' for hours and cannot find any decent instructions on how to use this (or any other PEAR module for that matter). Can anyone offer assistance. I will happily create a page with contributed instructions so others can benefit as well.
