Re: A PEAR Forum?

Dissenting voice: I prefer the existing email/discussion list format because: (a) I'm a lazy toad and it comes to me, cf me going out on the web to a forum/board (b) I can more easily file 'useful material' eg good advice or pkg release summaries (c) I can download the email msg folder and review any backlog of discussions offline, eg on my portable whilst traveling (d) I could monitor dozens of email discussion lists (subject to overload) whereas visiting forums/boards doesn't scale... [value of each point 0.5c] Regards, =dn
