Any tutorial/article on PEAR::Config?

I just had a look at PEAR::Config and I was shocked by the example of the n-th
dimensional array it could return after having parsed a XML or INI file.
Does anybody can address me to any tutorial, article or any example of use of
PEAR::Config? I just have to parse a INI (or XML) file, load its parameters
and use them in my code.
