First try to use the Web-Installer: - save the script from http://go-pear.org (ie. as 'go-pear.php') - upload it to your webspace and call it with your browser (ie http://www.example.edu/~user/go-pear.php) - follow the instructions... if this doesn't work - install PEAR locally, install SOAP locally and upload your PEAR directory to the webspace.
