I am using the following construction to make sure people don't alter data
which they aren't supposed to alter
$form = new HTML_QuickForm('Members', 'POST');
$form->addElement('text', 'NUMBER', 'NUMBER');
$el = $form->getElement('NUMBER');
$el->freeze();
or the alternative way
$form->addElement('static', 'NUMBER', 'NUMBER');
With both methods I get a NULL value when I do a $_POST['NUMBER'] after the
submit
Is this normal behaviour? Of course there are ways to 'remember' the value
of the form field but I think this should work still :-)
Any clues??
thx
Jeroen
