DB has sqlite which is the closest that you will find for now.
I tried to convince the developers of
http://www.c-worker.ch/txtdbapi/index_eng.php
to write an MDB driver but
unfortunately they didn't seem to have the time/interest. An sqlite
driver for MDB is in the works.

MDB doesnt have an odbc driver yet.
DB has the tableinfo method.
