Hi,
I'm using the Mail package to send out emails, the SMTP server recently
got changed to require authentication for everybody, even local machine
connections.
I can't find any detail in the docs on how to make my code authenticate
with the smtp server (defined in php.ini, I'm running on a WindowsXP
development box)
How do I specify a username/password to submit to the smtp server before
the sending of the email?
I noticed the needed attributes in Mail/smtp.php but don't quite
understand how the Mail system works. I just create a Mail object from
the static factory method :-)
Any info appreciated.
Regards,
Mike C.
