Hi,
I've got a fresh Linux server needing all sorts of PEAR classes
installing on it.
Is there a nice systematic way of installing PEAR classes and their
dependancies without having to go through by hand and do a: pear install
xxxxxx
Also what is the point in the download-all parameter? After downloading
everything from PEAR (just to be on the safe side) I then find that
install actually re-downloads the pakcages rather than looking locally
first?
I ca't see any explination of using the pear command in the online
website documentation so would appreciate any tips/help please.
Regards,
