Would be nice if QF could handle the tabindex tagging when elements are
created. If I added it as an additional attribute on a per-element
basis, then wanted to shuffle my form elements around in my script it
would mean re-numbering them by hand (argh!)
Also - if I wanted to add-in an additional form element I'd have to
re-number all the existing elements which are below the new one - could
be a nightmare pain In the arse on long forms!
