QFC giving headers error on Jump to next page

Hi, I've been using QFController based forms on a number of boxes over the past few weeks. Windows XP based laptops, Redhat linux server, Windows 2000 server. All have the latest Quickform & controller PEAR classes and use PHP 4.3.3 & Apache 1.3.27 & 1.3.28 However, on RedHat ES & apache 1.3.27 Quickform is giving me problems. The error occurs when a use clicks on an action submit button (to go to the next page). The page submits but then get: What's confusing me is this doesn't happen on any other setups I have. Has anybody else had this problem at some point? If so what was the fix?
