QFC - forcing to another page

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to force somebody to another page after invoking an action on the current form. I can use the 'Jump' Action to go back/forwards a form fine. I'm not sure how (or if) I use the 'Direct' action to get to the page in question based on the outcome of some processing in the forms action. Advice welcome please.
