I have the same issue on a dev. machine with a new PHP5 install. AFAIK: there is an ongoing argument between PEAR and PHP groups regarding this; PHP group has changed the array_*() function to gives notice errors when non array args are passed - I've heard that they will be changing it back to the old functionality. (correct me if I am wrong anybody!) This doesn't actually break anything, but its annoying to see it in the output! I don't think there is a fix yet but you can do 2 things yourself: 1. change the error reporting level of PHP to not show notice error (this assumes you have access to php.ini or are allowed to set the error level via your scripts) 2. change 'array_merge' to '@array_merge' on line 324 of CLI.php - the '@' sign will cause PHP to suppress error output (this is what I did). rgds, Jochem. I'm not sure when it started happening, but recently, whenever I run a pear command, I get a horde of the following errors: Notice: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in CLI.php on line 324 Any clues about what's going on here?
