The failure notice says that pear-general tries to deliver to itself, so it
sends a notice that it was looping and therefore stops trying to deliver to
pear-general. Don't know exactly what the problem is, because it happens
when I have pear-general as a single destination, but I've got a suspicion
that someone subscribed pear-general@lists.php.net to itself. Anyway, that's
all I can think of at the moment.
