this applies to another package, but is the same problem as the one Davey describes
here: As you might remember, I agreed to take over HTTP_Upload some weeks ago when
Lukas asked who volunteered for which of Tomas' packages. Since then, I have fixed
most of the outstanding bugs of the package, however the thread "tomas packages"
somehow died, unfortunately, so I still do not have the karma to submit something
to the package and also cannot roll a new release; I guess the stand-in maintainers
for Tomas' other packages have also not been officially provided with karma yet.
So the question is, will at some point this karma be provided, or are there any
other necessary steps that must be taken in order to get these packages back on
track again?
Best,
Christian
