Okay. But I thought eBay paid for the development. Sorry if I might
have been wrong in that point.

Well, Lukas told me in Amsterdam that there had been an inquiry from
eBay if the PEAR-project might eventually accept the package. And
they wanted to propose it - some time in the future. As I see it,
when time (and proposal) comes we'll have enough chances to demand
adjustments to PEAR and commonly-good CS :-)
