HTML category status

Hi everyone, Here's a status report for all packages listed under the HTML category. I checked for docs, examples, and tests. First, here's a list of packages sorted according to rating. Look below for details for individual packages. Unreleased packages have not been rated. Docs were rated with 5 points for peardoc2 documentation. Examples were rated at 3 points. Tests were given 2 points for unit tests. This weighting somewhat reflects my view that documentation is more important than examples, but examples are more important than unit tests. I did not extensively look into the documentation to look at the quality. I'm sure that that should make a difference, too.
