Suggestion: that kind of information could be recorded in the
package.xml file. We could name it "Quality information" or something
like that. That way, even the pear installer could take action based on
quality parameters, such as CS compliance or lack of documentation.
Anyway, that information should also be available at the web-site,
anywhere near the package general information.
