I ran the same command line from pearweb/cron/apidoc-queue.php and the doc got generated fine.
There is an index.html file so it should be working.

I've generated my doc (online HTML, CHM and PDF versions) with phpDocumentor 1.3.0RC3 and i don't see major problems . I got only some Warnings, but no serious Error. Could you then tell me what is the protocol to generate the PEAR website version of API doc using phpDocumentor ?Almost 3 month since i've published the latest release of HTML_Progress (final 1.2.0), and : - the link to auto-generated API doc ( http://pear.php.net/package/HTML_Progress/docs/1.2.0/ ) still produces a HTTP 404 error. I've begun a thread in PEAR-Doc mailing list , see : http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=pear-doc&m=109580486411245&w=2 But since, i've no news : Someone could tell me what wrong, please ?Have you tried running phpDocumentor yourself? Usually the API documentation does not show up because the inline documentation is invalid.
