Looks nice, lacks couple of "no" in there, for clarity reasons really,
also if there is space add arrows to indicate the direction of the flow,
I know we are not dealing with stupid people here but designing such
flow charts as if the audience are complete idiots helps keeping the
questions near zero ;) (Lets face it, there are always some people
amongst a group that need to have all the bells and whistles to
understand things)
