The new version of PEAR_Info is available to download at [1] Please test it as much as possible. Public release is planned for this sunday (July 1st).
Please hide the __uri channel - there will never be any channels installed in it since it is only a "helper" channel to install tgz files directly from filesystem.
I'm sorry, but I don't agree with you. Does "pear list -a" or "pear list --allChannels" hide the __uri. NO ! But we could think to have only "pear.php.net" channel packages list displayed, equivalent to "pear list -a" command. And an option to list all channels. Laurent
