I dumped $info and saw that the notice seems to be emitted when parsing/displaying System_Command.Right analysis. System_Command package have a dependency condition <os>
<name>windows</name>
<conflicts />
</os>
So I can't install it on my Windows platform (and test), but I found origin of notice error. I'll fix it in CVS right away.
BTW, I think that this package won't follow PEAR rules.
Behind Console category while prefix is System. Should be list under System category , isn't it ?
And I also allow to give an info to all package maintainers that have such OS install condition (or reverse).
Please don't forget it in package xml 2.0 , and that will avoid to install a package that can't be run on a user platform.
<code>
require_once 'PEAR/PackageFileManager2.php';
$p2 = new PEAR_PackageFileManager2();
// to install only on windows platform
$p2->addOsDep('windows');
// give something like that
<dependencies>
<required>
<!-- ... -->
<os>
<name>linux</name>
</os>
</required>
</dependencies>
// to install on all platforms except windows
$p2->addOsDep('windows', true);
// give something like that
<dependencies>
<required>
<!-- ... -->
<os>
<name>windows</name>
<conflicts />
</os>
</required>
</dependencies>
For example (sorry I took your packages example Christian) see System_Folders, System_WinDrives , that can run only on Windows platform !
You must then add code : $p2->addOsDep('windows');
