Just throwing my +1 in for a new release of PEAR_PackageFileManager2.
Recently tried to get Phing to build a PEAR package (for which it uses
PEAR_PackageFileManager2) and ran into bug #16535, which is verified
and has a patch but hasn't been included in a release yet.
