New Comment:
The problem comes from pearweb db. The name field cannot be NULL.
Depending of its type a dependency may not have a name set. Passing
NULL to deps.name raises an integrity error.
I'm checking if there is any other dep types that requires a default
name (ie type=='php'?name='PHP').
However I can see some weird name, like '4.2.0' or '4.2.0', I'm
wondering how they came in. Are they the manual fixes?

As a first workaround I have manually added the dependency. Now we
still need to figure out why the dep has not been added automatically.

Description:
------------
The PHP_Parser package just released, has a dependency on PHP version
4.3.0 or greater. I downloaded the package to make sure that it
actually had the dependency, and it does. The website does not list
this dependency, and neither does remote-info, although pear info
PHP_Parser works correctly.
