Edit report at http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=6826&edit=1 ID: 6826 Updated by: techtonik@php.net Reported By: techtonik at php dot net Status: Bogus Id: 6826 Type: Bug Package: Web Site PHP Version: Irrelevant Assigned To: pajoye New Comment: It is annoying, because you don't want to give straight answers. To make things even more ridiculous and annoying I used beeblex to check *when* you actually disabled statistics and stop ask stupid questions. But unfortunately I've failed to find anything. http://www.beeblex.com/search.php?s=pajoye%20disabled%20statistics Do not get angry - you provoked the question yourself. =) So.. Where can I verify *when* you actually disabled it? Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-02-18 11:58:16] pajoye at php dot net Ok, sorry for the tone here and now, but can you stop to ask stupid questions and actually verify *when* I disabled it? No, you do not have to answer that. I appreciate your effort to report bugs but this one is getting ridiculous and annoying. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-02-18 11:12:55] techtonik at php dot net Ok. I can't help you if do not need it anyways. I'm just curious how long it will take to fix PEAR statistics, because the outage was reported in the mail above on Tue, 08 Jun 2004 ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-02-18 10:36:23] pajoye at php dot net Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not a bug. It is *not* a bug. And I'm working on it, if not I will not waste more time argue again with you. Keep this report closed now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-02-18 10:27:25] techtonik at php dot net Ok. Thanks. =) At least. Now it is clear why statistics doesn't work, but it is not the reason to close this bugreport. I think it would be better for it to stay open until somebody finds a solution. BTW, you can point to the sources of cron job and email-mentioned method of "gathering the stats from the downloads table or each hit like it used to be done." if you're not going to work on it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-02-18 10:11:09] pajoye at php dot net Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PEAR itself. For a list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PEAR, please visit http://pear.php.net/support/ as this bug system is not the appropriate forum for asking support questions. Thank you for your interest in PEAR. . ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The remainder of the comments for this report are too long.
