I wasn't necessarily talking about that.
Building modules is really easy, you don't have to know anything about the
system to do it. No one is having any trouble figuring out the relationships
between things, as far as I can tell.
Anyway, my point was collaboration. I intend to build some things that can
directly benefit pear with only slight changes, if the pear people and the
binarycloud people collaborate on that build, it can happen a lot faster for
both projects.

those api docs are still a bit rough, phpDoc doesn't take much config info
yet (or at least the version we have)
you're better off checking out the system overview and "written
documentation"
