http://www.redsys.de/form.html (300k, use IE for all
features)
Mapping XML to addElement() is quite simple, check the PHPLib CVS for an
old DTD.
http://www.redsys.de/flow_layout.html (60k,
JavaScript code is broken)
I've been playing with form + layout quite a long time. Finally I gave
it up at this point. Alexander Aulbach told me some very intresting
ideas on how it could be done better with "self-modifiing" templates. As
I don't want to spend more time on the issue I did not follow his ideas.
His system is quite powerful but comes close to XSLT. If someone's
interested he should contact Alex, ask me for the email if neccessary.
Mulptiple page forms (wizards/assistants) will follow as soon as <gtext>
and <gbutton> are finished
(http://docs.roxen.com/roxen/2.1/creator/graphics/gtext.tag). I need
that to generate the buttons. Those of you that understand german can
have a look at the ordering process on http://ulf.dev.netuse.de/shop/ .
It's using the very first version of the assistant stuff. I'll rewrite
the old code complete and I expect it to become relatively small and
handy.
Jeroen Laarhoven is currently revising my code, finding lots of flaws
and bugs. I'm looking forward for his comments. He needs a slightly
different form engine and his first inputs have been quite intresting.
When will it be finished? I hope I can manage to finish my work on the
form stuff as soon as possible as I already spent too much time on it, I
already broke the roadmap of my next project; say two or three weeks.
