Ok, I guess I've become spoiled using mysql so much but this app has to be
done using Oracle and as far as I know Oracle doesn't have a numrows, I need
to check a result set and make sure it is >1, so I know the user exist in
the db.
This is how I want to do it, but I can 't do it this way....
if(@$db->numrows($userRecord)< 1)
....error
}else{
..... continue doing what we want to do
}
I thought about doing it this way:
while (! DB::isError($resultRow =
$userRecord->fetchRow(DB_FETCHMODE_ASSOC)))
{
if (!$resultRow["username"] )
{ .....
will this work?
any suggestions?
