PEAR Contribution

Hi, I'd like to contribute this to PEAR if possible. I thought perhaps in a new root folder called email, hence the class name email_mimehtml (open to suggestions on this though, perhaps email_htmlmime?). If there is provision to provide documentation along with it (more than a simple example at the bottom of the file I mean :)), I have some available. Take care! -- Richard Heyes
