Where should I put the sql dump for the db_sequence table used by the
nextid() method?

I'm going to write PHPDoc compliant inline documentation later tonight,
and the implementations of lock() / unlock() for the other database systems
should arrive throughout the week - but I will just implement them 1:1 from
the PHPLIB's counterparts, I have no ability to test them!
