Hi, as i must write php coding standards for my company, i finally found
this mailinglist. So after reading about 2 hours i came to some questions.
What is what?

When and what would be the right "coding-standard" accessed outside the
newsgroup?
Why the f*** (sry) pear.php.net does not say anything about standards or
this newsgroup
What php code documentator is best phpDoc, phpDocumenter and how they
parse the code? (what standard they use).
