I'm not sure if we can take jsmin.c with its "good, not evil" clause and
put it on PECL. Usually PECL code is PHP License, not?
Also, it has conflicting copyright info - LICENSE file says copyright
belongs to John Jawed, but jsmin.c says copyright belongs to Douglas
Crockford and has completely different license. If somebody would really
want to use it and respect the copyrights on the package, he'll be very
confused what they are.
