Hi Frank, on the anon cvs access page on php.net I see this : PHP 4.3: cvs -d :pserver:cvsread@cvs.php.net:/repository checkout -r PHP_4_3 php-src As far as I can remember PHP_4 branch was abandoned. When PHP5 was still head Sascha used to merge code in PHP_4, PHP_4_3 and HEAD.
