parsekit is about "runtime analysis of opcodes" which is imho different from
"manipulation hash tables" so it is more related to classkit which is - by
its name - unfortunately limited to classes. (CCed Sara to get her opinion)
Maybe it's an good idea to take the constant&function manuipulation stuff
into a new extension, as you said. Anyone with an idea for name, which
should imho include the "kit"-part or is including this into"classkit"
better?
Any opinions are welcome ;-)
