I've actually got the basic code already so I'd just as soon shove it all
together at once, but after that you're welcome to participate in its future
development.
Beyond the function/constant stuff I'm thinking of putting in an
interpolation wrapper (already written -- but originally intended for a
standalone package), and an advanced custom error handler stack (supporting
chaining and error-subcodes -- also already written).
I may not get to a release point till midweek though, lotta things going on.
